Been coming here for years. Their smoothies are the real deal, always fresh with actual fruit, no shortcuts. Tried the onion pastry last time, wasn't expecting much but it was actually really good.

Had a quick lunch here. The chicken wrap was pretty good, and the detox smoothie was a nice touch. Service was fine. A decent spot for something healthy.

Nice little spot off the beaten path. The homemade dessert was the highlight for me.
