Beautiful location, warm and attentive atmosphere. The finesse and quality of the seas present. The ocean is omnipresent around the restaurant and on the plate.

Pleasant place, refined cuisine, surprising and even amazing concerning the desserts. The welcome was in tune with this excellent evening!

A beautiful restaurant, wide open to the mouth of the Odet River, on the garden level of an elegant hotel. Inventive and carefully prepared cuisine, using exclusively seafood and vegetables from local producers. Each dish is accompanied by a Japanese touch, seaweed, spices, and black garlic condiment, for inspired and succulent combinations. The fish are cooked with great skill; we were unable to discover the secret of preparing the line-caught sea bass in three low-temperature cooking processes. The service is dynamic, friendly, professional, and efficient. A slight drawback is the wine list, which is not extensive and quite expensive. But all in all, an exceptional evening, a place worth spending a little time there!
