A truly masterful work... Plates of incredible precision, unexpected but perfectly balanced combinations, remarkable freshness. A real cheese platter like they don't make anymore, followed by a crêpe Suzette worthy of old French gastronomy. Finally, we rediscover the true values, what makes up the living heritage of French gastronomy. Hats off!
