Lovely evening, service and surroundings excellent. Food very good but not quite 5 star, soup was land and tarte very small

The hotel is located in the heart of Gordes Village in Provence as a former luxurious old house. Gordes Village is located on a rocky cliff in the heart of Luberon, Provence. It has a long history and is also known as the Stone City. As early as the 16th century, the buildings and roads here were built of stones, and they have been passed down intact to this day. The village itself is a historical site.
The hotel is embedded in the vertical rock surface of the mountain and stands on the stone wall of the 12th century. The appearance of the castle is a perfect match with the ruins of the village wall.

Design: In early 2015, this ancient house was completely renovated for a year. It still maintains the decorative style of the 18th century, and is filled with nostalgic retro atmosphere everywhere. The whole hotel has been transformed into a classic and romantic country villa under the skillful hands of the designer.

In Provence, France, the summer is long with long sunshine, dry and high temperature, so there are abundant agricultural products, such as apples, tomatoes, potatoes, olives, peaches, apricots, honeydew melons, figs, etc., so there are many delicious local foods.

L&#39;Ocrier, a restaurant on the cliff of Roussillon (Red Earth City), makes local dishes of Provence. Due to the rich fruits and vegetables, salads must not be missed.
