Superb! We came to lunch during slow season and booked the same day. We were seated by the window table with a few of the Harbor. We had the daily menu and wine pairing. The amuse bouch was artistic and we knew the rest of the meal would be amazing ! Service was great also. We were just happy to get a table at last minute and it was a recommendation by the local winery personal too, so it did not disappoint!!!
A beautiful dining room with gracious service, flawless food, and a lovely selection of wines from Languedoc and Roussillon. A wonderful experience in every way.
The food was excellent but the service was terrible. Initially they could not find our reservation despite showing them the booking confirmation and kept us waiting while they discussed what to do and then started ringing to see if some clients were not going to arrive. They eventually showed us to a table saying the problem was with the fork. At the end of the evening there were two empty tables so the poor service was unnecessary. Also the waiting service was way below the standard of previous visits. I am afraid it will be a long time before we return
I don't know why this restaurant has one Michelin star. Maybe they want to support above-average restaurants in villages or so. Food was nice but the service was not. They did not know the wine (like present Chardonnay as Carignan/Grenache). We had the biggest tasting menu, but no surprise, they served expensive ingredients in a sadly generic way.
