It's always an exceptional place, whether you're at Oxalis or at the restaurant you can go there with your eyes closed. Everything is perfect, the food is excellent, the staff is pleasant and friendly and when it's the chef himself who takes your menu it's exceptional, you don't see that elsewhere. Marcoles may be a very picturesque little village in Cantal, but we have an establishment here that will make you detour. To you day visitors or Cantaliens, don't hesitate to stop by you won't be disappointed.

For a first time, it was a very pleasant experience. The staff is friendly. The plates are beautifully presented. The food is delicious. The value for money seems quite reasonable to me.
