Everything was excellent, the service, the food, the wines, the ambiance, the crockery and of course the chef! We really recommend this place if you love Michelin-star food.

Absolutely exceptional!! We had no idea of the service style and the choices we had, around pre-designed multi-coursed meals, but OH MY, what an excited treat! Even my 17 year old picky eater said it wS the greatest food experience of his life!

The food and the service were great!

We had a wonderful time; everything was perfect. The restaurant is ideally located, and the view of the ramparts is a plus.

Constructive feedback: The food was stunningly beautiful and overpriced. The waiters were well-dressed and professional, but lacked genuine warmth and sometimes felt intrusive. These are difficult qualities to learn, but for a meal of this extremely high price, unfortunately, I felt uncomfortable. One waiter spoke almost entirely to my partner, and on a Thursday night, with only three other guests and no music, the space lacked warmth. Very close to excellent. I deeply appreciate the inventive use of such an eco-friendly meal (local produce and seafood, no meat). An excellent choice for a pescatarian.
