Very nice. The park and the castle are magnificent. The dishes are refined and well presented; the dessert cart is huge and very good. This is the VATEL school, it's classy. The restaurant's decor is rustic and modern, it's very nice. We'll be back. The only downside is that the tap water is filtered, so it costs €4 per carafe. It's better to say it...
As usual, the welcome, service, and cuisine were impeccable, but I particularly congratulate the culinary students who took on a last-minute challenge! I hadn't mentioned my garlic allergy well in advance, and although the two starters on the menu included garlic, they concocted a special, absolutely delicious starter without garlic, based on the perfect egg, in record time and with a smile. Congratulations and thank you to the teams!
