Friendly welcome. Aperitif with two excellent kirs on the terrace in front of a magnificent panorama, as far as the eye can see, over the lands of Aubrac. Hearty and succulent dinner. Perfectly cooked cod back and whole duck breast. Seasonal salad for two. Sumptuous Li&eacute;geois decaf and excellent chestnut fondant. Thank you for this excellent evening and for the bill contained at &euro;30 per person.

The ingredients are very fresh, the dishes are served quickly, and the portions are large. I hope I can keep up the momentum. Business will probably be even better. The service is getting better and better. The waiters are not too far away and take great care of us.
