Although I have lived in the area for 16 years, I had no idea that the monastery at Saint-Mont was a hotel. The building has been beautifully restored and the views are fantastic. The restaurant served us an absolutely delicious set menu, which we greatly enjoyed, and the service was very attentive. I would highly recommend it.

Le Monastere is one of those exceptional restaurants, with inventive and masterful cuisine, impeccable and stylish service, but always in just the right measure. The plus is the kindness of the manager. A word of advice: if you don't mind, you absolutely must go. The only downside is that the dining room is a little noisy.

Beautiful, quiet and peaceful place, fast service, and refined cuisine. The exterior decor could be improved, but it's really a nice place. We will return because we are very close to the monastery.

Beautiful location! Price quality of the menu not in proportion. Stew as main course is too easy for a 4 course menu for € 55, -. Eventually with beer, water and wine for 3 people paid € 280, -. Certainly for dining out in the Gers out of balance.
