Everything tasted really good.  Hard to impress my Mom and wife and both really enjoyed their dishes.  Beef, duck, salmon were all excellent.  Spatzle and potatoes were just normal. Sauces were pretty good. Escargot and cr&egrave;me br&ucirc;l&eacute;e also were excellent.

A wonderful restaurant with great service and very very tasty food , the staff is very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

What a great meal we enjoyed. We ordered chicken curry and chicken tikka masala with naan bread, which we have ordered all over the world as we travel and it was one of the best we have had. It is a casual environment and we sat outside on the busy side street. The service was outstanding and we would recommend this place if you enjoy good Indian food!

La Chaumi&egrave;re is definitely a hidden gem in Strasbourg. Having been living in Strasbourg for four years , and having walked past in front of this restaurant a few times, I would be curious to about it , but that was it. Started using the Fork app and went for the first time and I was surprised with the food quality! The stake quality is the best I ever had in Strasbourg. Food tasted delicious and homemade. The wine was such a treat! The Ambience is lovely. The fireplace/grill gives the impression you&rsquo;re someone&rsquo;s house as a welcomed guest. The restaurant is cosy and very upbeat with lovely, young and very friendly staff who make you feel very welcomed. I will definitely come back and I do recommend it if you want to treat yourself either a nice French food and quality stake.

We had a great time celebrating my birthday ! Food was delicious, wine list amazing and environment really nice !! Will go back there anytime soon.

This is a famous restaurant in Strasbourg. My friend strongly recommended it to me and said that the taste of this restaurant is absolutely beyond my expectation. I came here to taste it. It is indeed very unique in reputation. Coupled with the exquisite ingredients, it is really delicious. The environment is also quite high-end, and the service is even better. Nothing to say.

Lovely food and excellent service. All the dishes were delicious. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Was a pleasure to eat on the terrasse - good atmosphere.

A beautiful setting with a view across the river to the floodlit Palais Rohan and the Cathedral. A friendly welcome. The food was tasty and well cooked. This is, however, Indian food for a north European palate and had hardly any Chilli in it. To an English visitor it was a little bland. I&#39;m guessing this may be typical. But very enjoyable nevertheless.

In a place where one may expect a tourist trap there is exactly the opposite. You are serviced good quality (and size) dishes of traditional Alsace cuisine and despite being in a very busy place you are in the centre of everything. The building and the location just add to the experience and make it unique.

The red soup tastes very good. I like the taste of this restaurant and hope to experience it again when I have the chance.

Booked in advance, which was confirmed immediately, including our specific requests. Greeted by cheery staff who were helpful all through the meal. Food was top notch (Iberian pork with chorizo and peppers) with the &ldquo;Volcanique&rdquo; red wine as an excellent accompaniment. Final bill arrived with 30% off the food which reduced the final total to around 70&euro;. Recommended.
