The porridge at the end, made with the leftover broth, was a lovely finish. It tied the whole meal together nicely.

I’ve been coming here for years. Always sit at the counter to watch the chef. It’s the same quiet, cozy vibe every time. That’s what keeps me coming back.

This place offers a vibrant atmosphere with excellent Spanish cuisine. The grilled Itoshima pork was a highlight, and I can't wait to return for more!

Sushi Yamasa is a hidden gem! The counter seating creates an intimate atmosphere, and the chef's skill shines through in the beautifully presented dishes. I can't wait to return for another round of their amazing sushi.

Been coming here for years. Their craft beer lineup is always solid - they rotate the local taps enough to keep it interesting, but you can always count on a couple of reliable favorites. That consistency is what keeps me coming back.

The duck and leek udon was my pick for lunch. The duck was really good, tender and flavorful. The space itself is nice – high ceilings and big windows let in a lot of light, which made the meal feel relaxed. A solid spot for a quiet weekday lunch.

The live squid sashimi was so fresh, it practically melted. The texture was spot on. I liked the simple, clean vibe of the place too.

Stopped by this ramen spot in Hakata Men Kaido. It's right inside the station, super easy to find. The tonkotsu broth was rich and the noodles had a good chew. Place was busy with locals, which felt like a good sign. A solid, quick meal before catching my train.

I highly recommend making a reservation as this place is quite popular. The service was attentive, and the staff made sure we were well taken care of during our visit.

The ox tongue sukiyaki. That's the thing here. The slices are thick, cut just right. They simmer in the sweet-salty broth until tender, but still have a bit of chew. It's a simple dish, but they get it right. The flavor is deep, really satisfying. That's what I come for.

The atmosphere is perfect for special occasions, and the food presentation is stunning. A bit pricey, but worth every penny for a memorable experience.

As an Italian, I'm pretty picky about pizza. The crust here was perfectly crisp, and the tomato sauce tasted incredibly fresh. Really enjoyed the simple, quality ingredients.

The soy sauce broth in the Hakata motsunabe was really rich. The offal was tender, and the vegetables were a nice touch. The whole place just felt cozy and warm, perfect for a casual meal.

The nama beer goes well with the seafood. The fish was fresh, and the grilled scallops had a nice char. For the price, the quality is reliable. Seats are a bit tight though.

Loved the yatai vibe here! The owner was super friendly and let us try a few things before ordering. We ended up getting a bit of everything to share. It was a fun, lively way to spend the evening.

Came here twice during my Fukuoka trip. The standing counter is a steal. The skewers, especially the chicken thigh and tsukune, were perfectly grilled—juicy inside, slightly charred outside. Just the right amount of salt. Staff were chill.

The chef's skills really show in each course. I especially liked how the space felt so comfortable, with well-spaced tables. The wine list had some nice options too. A very pleasant evening.

A bit tricky to find the entrance, but the cozy basement atmosphere was a nice surprise. The staff was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable. A quiet spot for a relaxed meal.

The smoked salmon cream pasta was the standout for me. Creamy but not heavy, with generous slices of salmon. The pizza crust was nice and thin, just how I like it. A solid meal.
