Our favorite: grilled pulpo bedded on a cream of lemony potatoes, fried carrots smoked burrata and finished with a herbal cream aside. Perfectly combined ingredients, technically very well performed.We also tried the incredibly juicy gilthead seebream with herbs, slowly baked in a parchment coat and grilled vegetables with fresh mint which is an amazing twist to freshen up a well known side dish.Dolci: hand made pastries and desserts + the artisanal gelato the team makes. My favourite - the heavenly soft short pastry pie with a lemon pastry cream. These local slow food places should run this world.
