The fish was cooked just right, and the portions were huge. We didn't even finish the extra piece we ordered.

The burnt end mac n cheese was my pick. You can really taste the quality of the smoked meat in there. The pulled pork sandwich was good too, but the mac was the star for me. Their house BBQ sauce had a nice tang without being too sweet.

Cozy spot, perfect for a relaxed dinner. The food was authentic and well-prepared. I appreciated the wine list—found a nice local red that paired well with the braised lamb. Service was a bit slow, but it fit the vibe.

Dave was a solid server, friendly and on top of things. They brought out a little birthday treat, which was a nice touch. The smash burger was the real star, cooked just right.

Tasha was the best server! She was so friendly and made our lunch feel like hanging out with a friend. The homemade chili in a bowl was incredible, we even got a to-go box for the leftovers.

Cool old-school bar feel. The barmaid was really good, made whatever we asked for. Just a heads up, it's cash only and no food. Solid spot for a chill drink.

The arcade attendant was super nice, showed us how to work the old pinball machine. We ended up spending way longer there than planned after our meal. Fun little surprise!

I highly recommend trying the Reuben Sandwich at Alex's! It was perfectly seasoned and the bread was deliciously crunchy on the outside while soft on the inside. The friendly service made the visit even more enjoyable.
