All starters were delicious but the langoustines were a highlight and the perfect size. We had the duck and beef for main courses which were also good sized portions and very flavoursome. It’s a small but serene spot so best to book and service was delightful. Will definitely revisit!Les Décantés

I had to wait until the very end of the meal to eat them as they had to be pealed and my hands were a mess. There was no water made available to wash up. As for the service it was good except the table was not wiped between the main and the dessert . Not pleasant to look at a table full of prawn sauce.The experience was good otherwise.Tlali

Five mini-tacos were served on a wood board. As beautiful as they were tasty. Asked for hot sauce and the server was happy to bring to our table. Plentiful servings! Need a bartender making elevated cocktails, a true martini, negroni etc. I would suspect this being a hotel with multiple nationalities would have guest appreciate the luxury of fine cocktails. (Profit) A sommielier to guide you thru the wine list would be nice. Offer several reds, white by the glass because a tasting menu requires this variety. These are all things that add to an extraordinary chef's incredible talent. Break the french tradition & become what you truly are, an incredible experience for international travelers staying in a luxury hotel.Le Bidule
