Our server was super nice and actually gave us good recommendations! Food runners were on it with water refills and bringing out dishes. Made it easy to just hang and chat with my friends.

BO-beau has become my family's go-to spot for when we have friends and family visiting from out of town.

The view from the rooftop is fantastic, especially at sunset. We sat outside and the service was really attentive. My only note is that the wine list felt a bit limited for the setting—I ended up with a decent Pinot Noir, but expected more interesting options to pair with the meal.

The handmade corn tortillas are a standout, cooked fresh over the fire. They're so warm and soft, which really makes a difference. The shredded beef is fantastic, too. Just a really comfortable spot for a relaxed meal.

Perfect for a quick lunch. Ordered the burger and fries. Came out fast, tasted good. Just what I needed.

Lobster spaghetti was the star. Rich sauce, generous chunks of lobster. They comped a soup that arrived lukewarm without us even asking. Solid move.

The Sunday brunch buffet is pretty good. The omelet station was decent, though the prime rib was a bit dry this time.

Nice spot right on the beach, great view of the pier. It was surprisingly busy for a Tuesday evening. Service was attentive and pretty quick, even with the crowd. A solid choice for the location.

Nice spot for a quiet evening. The piano music was a pleasant touch, though the tables are a bit close together.

Stopped in for dinner. Octopus was tender, steak cooked just right. Cozy spot, service was chill. A bit pricey but enjoyed it.

The Mai Tais were pretty good. Happy hour prices are decent, too. I stopped in for one after work and ended up having a couple. The vibe was relaxed, just what I needed.

The fried plantains here are so good. I really appreciate how fresh the plantains taste, and the caramelization is just right, not overly sweet. It's a simple dish, but the quality of the ingredient really shines through.

Quick lunch spot in a nice area. Food came out fast and tasted fresh. The chicken sandwich was decent, nothing fancy but hit the spot. Good for when you're in the area and need something efficient.

Parking's a breeze here. They've got a small lot in the back, and I usually find street parking on Wilshire without much trouble. Makes it easy for a quick weeknight dinner.

The green juice is pretty good and not too expensive. I could see myself stopping by for it when I want something simple and healthy. The place has a nice, low-key vibe.

The chicken katsu bowl was so good, crispy outside and tender inside. My husband's gumbo looked great too. Eric was really nice and checked on us just the right amount. A solid meal.

Juan at the bar was so nice. The carnitas benedict had this jalapeño hollandaise that was just the right amount of kick.

The gluten-free mac and cheese was a solid find! Cheesecake was good too.

Had a small event here. The staff was super helpful with all the planning. Food was really tasty, and you can't beat those beachfront views. Solid spot for a gathering.

Loved the view from the patio! The cod sandwich was fresh and flaky, perfect for a chill beachside lunch.

Been coming here for years. Their lunch special is still the best deal in town - always fresh and filling.

Grabbed a quick bite during happy hour. Beer was cheap, and the portions are huge. Good value for the price. Got the wings, definitely enough for two.

Been coming here for years. Their huevos rancheros are my favorite, and the house chili sauce pairs perfectly with a michelada. 🍻

Been coming here for years. Their strawberry jam crepe with fresh berries and whipped cream is always hot off the griddle. Simple, but they get it right.

The grilled cheese and tomato soup was just right. Really appreciated the comfortable booths, made for a relaxing lunch.

First time trying their Tom Yum soup and wow, the broth was so flavorful! 🍲 It had a nice kick and the seafood was fresh. I added a bit more of the chili paste they leave on the table.

Menu had solid variety, including good soups and kid options. Portions were generous, which I appreciated. Service was efficient, got our order right. Good for a straightforward family meal.

The veggies here are always crisp and not overcooked. You can taste the quality in the ingredients. For the price point, though, the portion sizes are a bit on the smaller side.

The veggie dinner for two was huge, easily fed three. Every dish, even the spiced tea, was balanced and well-made. Good portions for the price.
