No. 12 of Light Bites in Fujikawaguchiko

The broth here is just right. It's got that nice pork bone flavor, but it's not too heavy. My friend who usually finds tonkotsu ramen a bit much actually finished her whole bowl!

The sweet and sour pork had that perfect homemade texture. The ramen broth was solid too.

The staff was super helpful even without an English menu. We managed just fine with pictures and a translation app.

The soft cream here is a must if you're in Ito. The texture is incredibly smooth, and you can really taste the fresh milk. It's not overly sweet, which I appreciate. A bit of a wait, but worth it for that quality.

Stopped by after getting off the train. The tonkatsu ramen was solid, broth had a nice depth. Quick service, got my order in like 10 minutes. Good for when you're just passing through.

The waiter suggested trying the squid tentacles two ways, sashimi and fried, at no extra charge. Good tip for the price.

The Sakura Shrimp Pasta was the highlight. The thin noodles paired really well with a crisp white wine I chose. The shrimp had a nice crunch. Also tried the Porcini Mushroom Truffle Pizza, solid.

The staff were so on top of things during the lunch rush! Got my order in quick and the food came out faster than I expected. Really appreciated that.

The ramen broth was gentle and comforting. The thin noodles were easy to eat, and the Agu pork char siu was so tender.

The burger was juicy and cooked just right. But the real star was dessert, a little chocolate mousse that was the sweetest ending. The staff were so kind to my little one, which made the whole lunch feel easy.

Nice spot for a sunset dinner by the water. The garlic seafood pasta was pretty good, cooked just right. The view from the outdoor tables is decent. A bit on the pricey side, but a fine experience overall.

Service was quick and friendly. They even had our names on the menu, nice touch.
