I loved the cozy vibe of this bar. It's perfect for enjoying a variety of beers while listening to some great 80's music. Highly recommend for a chill night out!

No. 4 of Bars in Valletta

Three visits in one week, that says it all. Portions are massive, I couldn't finish mine twice. The rabbit stew was the standout, tender and rich. Prices are fair for what you get. Place gets busy around eight, but the food comes out quick. If you're in Mellieha and hungry, just go.

Nice spot right on the bay. Staff were friendly and the burger was solid—huge portion though, couldn't finish mine. The chili on the side was a nice touch. 🌊🍔

The sorbet here is genuinely the best I’ve had in Malta—proper Italian stuff. Coffee was spot on too. Some dishes are a bit pricey for what you get, but I didn’t mind paying for the quality. Place was busy when I went, but service kept up fine. I’d go back just for dessert alone.

The staff went out of their way to make me a vegan main even though it wasn't on the menu. Got a fresh salad and a decent eggplant thing with potatoes. My friends ordered the ribeye and seemed happy with it. Service was really attentive. Just wish the vegan option had a bit more sauce, it was a little dry.

The grilled octopus was spot on—tender, smoky, just the right amount of salt. Sat in the enclosed garden and yeah, a couple flies showed up, but honestly didn’t bother me much. Plating looked nice too, almost too pretty to dig into. Would come back just for that dish again.

The fish lasagne with saffron velouté was the reason I came back here. Still just as good as the first time. The place gets a bit busy around sunset, but the food keeps it worth it. Wine list is decent too, nothing overpriced. A solid pick in Marsaxlokk if you want something a little different from the usual harbour spots.

The lunch deal is €10 for biryani and the beef was really tender, nicely spiced. Good spot if you want something quick and filling without fuss.

The tasting menu was a solid intro to Maltese food—rabbit and ravioli stood out. Owner’s a character, made the night fun.

The pork belly here was properly crispy, not chewy. That alone made the whole meal worth it. Had the rabbit too, sauce was rich but not heavy. Prices are fair for what you get. Place was busy but food came out quick. Would eat here again.

Stopped by for a quick lunch and honestly left surprised. Portions are huge for the price, which is always a win. I got the homemade pasta and it was solid—nothing fancy, just properly cooked and comforting. Staff let me take my time even though it was busy. Would come back if I’m in the area again.

Eggs Your Way was decent but the halloumi could use more seasoning. Service was quick enough for a lunch stop. Fine if you need a fast bite.

We stopped by for lunch and grabbed a table near the pool. The fish carpaccio was fresh and light, and my pasta came out just right. Service was friendly without hovering, which I appreciated. Only small thing—the seating felt a bit cramped near the water. Still, a comfortable spot to unwind for an hour or two.

Came for the gin, stayed for the vibe. The tapas were a nice bonus—that onion pastry really stood out. Live jazz in the background made it easy to lose track of time.

Tried the ribs here while catching a game—solid choice, messy but worth it. Menu’s huge, so I’ll probably come back to work through more of it.

Food's good but pricey. Had the rabbit and it was tender, sauce was rich. Place felt a bit cold though, not much warmth inside. Service was fine, nothing to complain about. Decent if you're nearby and don't mind paying a bit extra. Not somewhere I'd go out of my way for.

Stopped in for a drink and ended up staying longer than planned. The view is really something, especially around sunset. Bartender knew their spirits well, talked me into something I wouldn't normally pick. Food was decent too, had the pasta. Seats are comfy, could easily nap there. Only thing is it gets a bit loud when it fills up.

Been coming here for a while now, and the pasta keeps me coming back. Had the tagliatelle again last night, still as good as the first time I tried it. Laura remembered our usual order, which was a nice touch. Place gets busy, but the food stays consistent. That's why I keep returning.

Been coming here for a while now. The beef stew is what keeps me coming back—always tender, always the same good quality. Tried the stuffed chicken once too, solid choice. Place gets a bit busy at lunch, but that's fine. It's just a reliable spot for Maltese food, no fuss.

Stopped here for lunch with a friend and it was exactly the kind of chill spot we needed. The seabass was fresh, but honestly the bread was the real highlight. They even brought us complimentary limoncello at the end, which felt like a sweet little bonus. Place is pretty quiet, so good for actually talking. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

Stopped by for a late lunch and ordered the mixed grill. Meat was juicy, nicely charred, not dry at all. The spices tasted fresh, like they actually use proper seasoning here. Portion was decent for the price. Place gets busy around 1pm, so go a bit earlier if you want a quiet table.

Nice spot inside the Corinthia Palace. Fish platter was solid, ossobuco too. Service kept things moving, which I appreciate on a lunch break. Renovation makes it feel fresh but still chill.

Been here a few times, still solid. Sunday lunch was busy but the food came out quick. Had the grilled fish, portion was decent for the price. Staff pointed me to the right dish, no complaints. Good spot for a fast bite if you're in the area.

Stopped by for a quick lunch in Msida. Got the pasta and honestly, the portion was decent for the price. Not huge, but fair. Place is tiny though, so we almost didn't get a table. Staff were nice about it. Would come back if I'm in the area and craving something simple. Just book ahead if you can.

Stopped here for a full English breakfast and honestly it hit the spot. The eggs were done right, bacon crispy without being burnt. Waitress was super friendly too, checked in on us a couple times without hovering. Place was pretty busy but we still got our food quick. One of the better breakfasts I've had here so far.

Solid cappuccino and the pistachio croissant was really good. Sat near the window, plenty of room to relax. Service was friendly without hovering. Would stop by again if I'm in the area.

The rabbit stew was proper comfort food. Rich sauce, meat fell off the bone. Place has that unpretentious vibe, mostly locals which I liked. Only thing is it got a bit warm inside when it filled up. But honestly, that stew made up for it.
