TheForkUserA gem hidden in plain sight! The cosy atmosphere and gentle buzz as the lunctime service grew. Clearly there were many regular customers making for a friendly atmosphere. We ordered Cozze marinara and and a prawn and avocado salad. Both genreous and excellent. Our pasta mains were cooked to perfection (again, generous proportions. Staff were atentive and we did not feel rushed. Very good house rose Pino Grigio. Heartally recommend this well-established and authentic restaurant.

TheForkUserIt was my Grandson's First Birthday - we had been eating sausage Rolls and sandwiches all day but by the evening needed a proper meal !! We read reviews and it sounded good so we gave it a try. We are not local so it was our first time. We have been to various carveries before but I have to say your food was the best I had eaten at this type of Restaurant. All the meat was tender and moist and the roast potatoes in beef fat were the best ever. In fact all the vegetables were lovely. we agreed that on our next visit to Southend we would take my daughter, her husband and our Grandson for a treat. The atmosphere was cosy and the staff were all friendly and helpful.In particular our waitress Mandy was really friendly and funny. It really made a difference to our visit. we will recommend and be back next time we are in the area.

358***33The Old Door Bar is located on New Dover Road in Canterbury. It is a relatively large bar that is open until late every night. In fact, in addition to being a bar, it is also a Western barbecue restaurant, which is very lively even during the day. The barbecue here is highly recommended, with fresh ingredients, a wide variety, reasonable prices, and thoughtful service. It is very pleasant to eat barbecue and drink beer here.

TheForkUserMy friend and I had just completed a 10 mile walk in 3 hours so it was great to receive a warm welcome on entering and the offer of pre- lunch drinks which were quickly produced. We were well looked after throughout our lunch by Steph who was polite, friendly and efficient. The food itself was very good (we both had the Sea Bass in a Pea and Pancetta veloute). First time visit but certainly not the last.

You can order a cup of coffee at a cafe to relax, stop at some interesting souvenir shops, take some back if you can, and find a bench directly to gradually slow down your irritable heart in a slightly cold but artistic environment. 🍜Must-eat food: I recommend a small shop called Tiny Tims Tearoom. juki235This is a very large indoor lobster farm. The lobsters raised here are beyond our imagination. All the lobsters are raised in plastic baskets. They are very large and taste almost the same as wild lobsters, but the price is much cheaper. After seeing this, I wonder if the lobsters we usually eat are raised like this. It's really incredible.

It took 2 hours to drive from the most central block to London’s back garden, which is the oil painting town in Figures 1-6. Because there was a strong wind warning that day, the boats on the lake were also suspended. Otherwise, you can enjoy more beautiful scenery along the river! Navigate to Westgate Garden | Westgate Garden Dover White Cliffs Because I arrived late, and the arrogant strong wind blew me down, I only walked a short distance. TheForkUserSuch a little gem. I felt like we'd walked in to where the Thursday Murder Club was set (Richard Osman's novel in case you were wondering). Sandwiches were delicious - variety of flavours and very fresh. Not sure if the scones were homemade but they were lovely with very tasty jam and generous clotted cream.

The team are always so accommodating and kind and the venue is such a special place. The Sunday roast was delicious and we definitely will be back!
