This restaurant offers a fantastic selection of truffle dishes that are simply divine. The prices are reasonable for the quality of food and service provided. Definitely worth a visit!

Decent spot for a simple meal. The custom sandwich for our kid was a nice touch, though the portion felt a bit small for the price.

The brioche fillings were the highlight. Tried the pistachio cream and the chocolate. Pistachio was the best one. Good selection overall.

Wow! Something a little different but excellent. Clafoutis in perugia. The best service in our visit and well off the tourist track. And an excellent wine list

Our trip to Cortona started with the most Memorable dinning experience we had all weekend. Organika (Francisco and his team) delivered 10/10 on all aspects. from when we arrived after a delightful sunset stroll down the hill from the town Centre. We were greeted immediately and taken to our outside table and our experience began. some light cocktails and delicious breads and oils followed by 4 excellent dishes with paired wines to match generous servings made it more special as sometimes wine pairing can leave you wanting a few sips more. the ambience was just what we expected, a large table next to us seemed to be having an equally amazing evening, We overheard one lady say that it was the best meal of her life and how could Tuscany do better. at the end of the evening Francisco came to ask our feedback and we couldn't praise his dedication and teams efforts throughout the evening any more .Well done I cant wait for my next trip to Cortona and to dine again in Organika.

We recently had dinner with friends on the outdoor covered patio which is a beautiful setting. The service was extremely attentive and the food was wonderful!

Nice quiet spot for a getaway. The place is well kept, lots of green around. Felt peaceful just sitting there with a coffee. Could use a few more shaded tables, but the vibe was spot on.

Cozy spot for a group dinner. The vibe is warm and the food is solid. Just a heads up, they get booked up fast—definitely make a reservation.

The sushi buffet is a solid deal. Used the tablet to order, which was handy. For the price, the portions are decent. You get a good amount of nigiri and rolls. Couldn't ask for more at that cost.

A warm welcome awaits, we had a mixture of perfectly seasoned antipasti. A good house red and three pasta dishes that were excellent. The pasta was well cooked and tasty with flavour combinations that were interesting and a bit different to the usual fare. The restaurant is a bit further up the road from Santa Maria degli Angeli but worth it.

The truffle pasta was lovely, and their wine list had some nice pairings.

The porcini soufflé was just perfect, so light and airy. And that flaming chocolate dessert at the end was such a fun little show! They even brought us a couple of complimentary drinks, which was a nice touch.

Cozy spot for lunch on a cold day. The food was fantastic, but the wine list really stood out. Found a great local red that paired perfectly with the pasta. Service was on point, and the music set a nice vibe. A solid find.

The tagliatelle al ragù was incredible, honestly some of the best I've had. The pasta was cooked just right, and the ragù had such a deep, rich flavor. Portions are definitely generous for the price.

The pizza here is the reason I keep coming back. The crust is thin and crisp, with a nice char from the wood oven. The mozzarella is fresh and creamy. It’s a simple Margherita, but they get it right.

Luca knows his stuff. The land snails on toasted bread were a standout, and the paccheri alla carbonara was spot on. Milena, our waitress, was just lovely—always smiling and made us feel right at home.

The pizza here is so good! We grabbed a table in the square on a warm evening. Perfect for catching up with friends. The staff were really sweet and didn't rush us at all. Just a simple, chill spot for a casual hangout.

Owner managed (8 generations!) property and restaurant. Amazing attention to detail. Service was impeccable, menu was creative and food execution was very good. David, who is the owner was happy to accommodate special requests and offered great ideas on how to execute them. The Syrah from own vineyard was a nice wine to accommodate our lunch. The atmosphere was special. We loved it. The next visit to the restaurant will include a stay at the amazing rooms.

Perfect for a quick bite in the pedestrian zone. Got the pasta special. Came out fast, tasted good. Exactly what I needed during a short lunch break. Cozy spot.

The truffle strapazzata was just right, creamy and rich. The grilled chicken was simple but cooked perfectly. Service was attentive without being overbearing.

Love the cozy, family-run vibe here. The space feels lived-in and warm, not like a generic chain. Had the grilled fish, which was fresh and perfectly cooked. Portions are definitely generous.

A real local spot, always busy. The ticket system for ordering threw me off at first, but the food arrives quickly. The mixed seafood platter was fresh and tasty, no complaints there.

The team here was really friendly and welcoming. They took the time to explain the daily specials and didn't rush us at all, which was nice. It just made the whole evening feel relaxed and easy.

Don't let the simple exterior fool you. The food here is creative and clearly made with care. Spotted a lot of locals, which is a good sign.

Stumbled in on a quiet Sunday. The traditional dishes were solid, and the staff was warm. What stood out was the house red—a simple but well-balanced wine that paired nicely with the hearty food. Prices felt fair for what you get. A good, uncomplicated find.

The owner noticed we couldn't get a cab and just called one for us. Such a kind gesture, really made the night.

Staff was super friendly even on a packed Saturday night. Felt like a regular from the moment we walked in. They handled the rush without making anyone feel rushed.
