Small place, decent prices. English breakfast for &euro;5.50 is a fair deal. Didn&#39;t try the ribs but they looked good. Service was quick enough for a busy morning.

The grilled octopus was the only thing that mattered to me. Cooked properly, charred on the edges, tender inside. Good amount of salt. Didn&#39;t care much about the pool or the vibe. Just ate and left. Maybe a bit pricey for the portion, but the flavor made up for it.

We went for the feast for two &mdash; soup, two mains, noodles, rice. All of it came out hot and hit the spot. I had a glass of the house red with the beef, worked better than I expected. Service was quick, no fuss. Only thing, the place got a bit loud by the time we finished. Still, for what we paid, it felt right.

Tuna pica pau was solid, pork cheek too. Bit pricey for what you get though, portions ain&#39;t big. Quality&#39;s there, can&#39;t complain much.

The halal burger options caught my eye right away. I went for the kebab and it was properly seasoned, juicy without being greasy. Fresh veggies on the side too, which I appreciated. Place sits a little outside the main center, so you need to make the effort to get there. But for a clean, decent meal, it worked fine for me.

Crispy duck was solid. Soup too. Food came fast, no complaints there. Prices felt fair, way better than back home. Staff were alright, nothing special but fine. Probably the best Chinese spot we hit this trip.

Eggs benedict were spot on - poached just right and the hollandaise was properly rich. Avocado tasted fresh too. Good deal for what you get.

Had to wait about 45mins for the food to arrive, even though there was only one other family of 4 in the restaurant! The food was nice, when we asked for the dessert menu he said all they had was icecream! The bill came and instead of 50% off they had only given us 30% off and he said nothing could be done as the manager wasn&#39;t here, even though on the receipt it said the Manager had done our bill. I asked a few times for the complaints book but he kept saying as we booked through The Fork, nothing to do with them! First he said it&#39;s the first 7 lucky people to book each day get 50% off then after a while he pointed to a table of 7 people saying you only get 50% off if you are 7 people or more! He then contacted The Fork and he said as I amended the booking to come 30mins later than I first said the discount was now only 30%, even though on The Fork 50% off was still there! I contacted The Fork myself who apologised and gave me 2000 Yums in compensation and would talk to the restaurant

Their breakfast menu is welcome relief for an American living in the Algarve, where the English Breakfast is the very disappointing norm.

Great and friendly staff make you feel welcome immediately. Sushi chefs are quick and create delightful rolls and goyzas at very reasonable prices.  The spicy tuna rolls are the best!

The pork with clams really hit the spot&mdash;that sauce had so much depth, I kept going back for more with the bread. My partner&rsquo;s grilled cod was cooked properly, flaky and moist. Place has an honest, authentic feel to it. Would&rsquo;ve loved a glass of something crisp to cut through that richness, though.

Came for the pastel de nata, left with a box of mixed pastries because I couldn&#39;t pick just one 😅 Everything was still warm, which made it hard to stop at one bite. Service was quick, no fuss. Place gets busy around mid-morning, so grab a seat while you can.

The golden bream and clams were solid, and honestly the price felt fair for what you get. Place gets packed quick, so expect a bit of a wait, but it didn&#39;t bother me much.

We grabbed takeaway sushi here twice during our stay. The salmon avocado cream cheese roll was pretty good, decent size for the price. Fried chicken roll was fine too, maybe a bit heavy on the sauce. Place is small, mostly takeaway, but it worked well for a quick dinner. No complaints really.
