Stumbled upon this spot looking for vegan food. The sandwiches were nice, and the waitress was really patient. Their wine list had a couple of interesting local options too.

Been coming here for years, and the kids' menu is why. My 10-year-old always gets the butter chicken and naan. It's the same every time, which is the whole point for us. A proper family spot.

Loved the rainbow dumplings! A fun way to try a bit of everything with friends. A couple of the flavours really stood out, but I honestly can't remember which ones now 😅. I'll just have to go back and figure it out.

Been coming here for years. Always grab a window seat to watch the world go by, especially on a quiet weekday afternoon. That view of Arthur's Seat never gets old. It's the one thing that keeps me coming back.

The chicken & cheese pie was spot on, but the wine list felt a bit limited for a place with such good pastries.

Really liked the breakfast options here. My friend asked for something not on the menu and they were so nice about it. The avocado on my toast was perfectly ripe and fresh, which I always look for. A solid spot for a healthy start.

We've been ordering from here for years. The takeaway is always reliable. What really stands out is the freshness of the ingredients, especially in the vegetable dishes. You can taste the difference. The dal was particularly good this time.

Quick lunch spot. Ordered the chicken tikka masala. Flavour was spot on, tasted fresh. Got it to go, ready in under 10 minutes. Perfect for a quick bite between meetings. Portion was decent too.

Been coming here for years, and the team's always spot-on with dietary swaps. Had the yogurt bowl again last week - just as good as ever.

Came for a birthday dinner. The staff were lovely, even brought out a small cake with a candle. Food was solid. What stood out was the wine list – found a really interesting Rioja that paired beautifully with the steak. A nice touch.

The venison was so tender, and the spices were just right. It came out really quickly too. Feels like a proper, authentic spot.

The pub is much larger than it appears from the entrance, and the live music is top-notch. A great place to enjoy a drink!

The staff were so lovely and attentive. Our food came out really quickly, which was a nice surprise on a busy Friday night. Made the whole evening feel relaxed.

Been going here for years. It’s a proper family-run spot. The owner always remembers your face, which is nice. Food’s always solid and tasty. Nothing fancy, just good.

Great Scottish breakfast for the price. Quick bite, got the carrot cake too. Solid portion, decent tea. Good for a fast lunch.

The service at NAM is exceptional, with staff who are not only friendly but also knowledgeable about the menu. They are happy to make recommendations, which enhances the overall dining experience.

Came in for a drink. The Mo Mango was spot on, really refreshing. Staff were chill and knew what they were talking about. Good vibe for a casual evening.

The almond croissant was the best I've had. The pastry was perfectly flaky, not too sweet, with a rich almond paste inside. The hot cocoa was good too, but the croissant is the reason to come back.

Loved the flat white and iced latte here. The space itself is really nice for getting some work done - good wifi, clean, and the seating is comfortable. It's just a short walk from the beach, which is a bonus.

Been coming here for years. The exposed brick and bookshelves always make it feel like a cosy living room, not just a cafe.

Food was a nice surprise, honestly better than I thought it'd be. Service was quick and got things right. Just a heads up, the car park is tiny and was full, had to leave the car over the road.

A lovely little spot in Haymarket. The Thai crackers they bring out are so good, and you can tell everything's made fresh.

Despite some mixed reviews, I found the new management has improved the atmosphere significantly. The music is great, and the staff are attentive and professional.

The hummus sandwich really stood out. The bread had this fantastic flavour, and the coffee options were solid. Staff were friendly. Just a really good lunch spot.

Great spot for a quick bite. The Americano is smooth with a nice nutty flavour. Eggs are always spot on. Staff are fast and efficient, which is perfect when you're in a rush.

Nice vibe for a casual dinner. The table grill was a fun touch, let you cook your own stuff. Space is clean, not cramped. Food was decent, but the beef came out a bit chewy for my liking.

Had lunch here last week. The menu's huge, which is nice. Went for the chicken schnitzel - crispy outside, juicy inside. Portion was decent for the price. Staff were friendly and quick. Solid spot for a casual meal.

Cosy little spot, but definitely more for grabbing and going. We popped in for a quick bite and ended up taking ours away. The food was spot on though, really good flavours. Just wish there was a bit more room to sit down properly.
