Came here with a couple of friends last week and honestly, the vibe is perfect for just hanging out and talking. Staff actually took a moment to say hi, which felt really personal. Beer list is decent too, not crazy long but enough to find something you like. Place gets a bit busy later, but that kind of adds to the energy. Would pop back in for sure. 🍺

Stopped by for a coffee and honestly the flat white was really good. Rich, not too bitter. The staff were chill and quick about it too. Place is small but fine for a quick catch-up with a friend. Wouldn't go out of my way for it, but if you're in the area it's a solid pick ☕

The pistachio cannoli was so good, definitely the highlight. Cute little spot to grab coffee and cake with friends, though it got a bit busy when we were there.

The pulpo with chorizo was the best thing I ate all week. Tender, smoky, that combo just works. Oysters were fresh too, no complaints there. Cocktails though... my spicy margarita had zero heat, and the Paloma was basically sugar water. Stick to wine and the food, skip the bar.

Came for a drink, stayed way longer than planned because of the games. Staff were really friendly, place felt cozy without being cramped. Tried the apple pie too — that’s the one thing I’d actually order again. Maybe not the most exciting spot, but it does what it does well.

The corner spot really comes alive when it gets warm out. People just spill onto the street with their drinks. I grabbed a local craft beer, nothing fancy, but it hit the spot. Place was buzzing, maybe a bit too loud if you want actual conversation. But for a relaxed evening drink, it worked.

Nice spot for a drink in that old building, but the noise bounces around so much you have to shout. Service was a bit slow too. Fine for a quick one, just don't come here starving.

Lovely little spot between the museums. They warmed my tuna sandwich and kept the bread from getting soggy. Nice outdoor seating, just mind the pigeons.

Stopped by this bar three nights in a row while in Amsterdam. Bartenders remembered our order by day two, which I always appreciate. Good gin selection too. Only downside—gets crowded around 10, so grab a seat early if you want to settle in.

The interior’s really cute and the menu caught my eye. Staff seemed a bit distant though. Food and drinks were solid, no complaints there.

The barista actually took time to explain their beans — loved that. Got an Ethiopian-origin latte, super smooth. Place has a chill vibe, easy to just sit and hang out for a while.

The pink decor is cute, gives the place a nice vibe. Had the cheesecake and a cappuccino, both were solid. It's pretty small though, so don't expect much seating. Fine for a quick stop if you're in the area.

We stopped by for a quick drink and ended up staying longer than planned. The bitterballen were decent, crispy outside and warm inside. Cheese sticks were fine too. Service was pretty good, no complaints. Terrace was full but we found a spot inside without waiting. Fine for a casual evening.

Stopped here mid-bike ride for a coffee and honestly didn't expect much. The flat white was surprisingly solid, and the vibe was chill enough to hang out for a bit.

The tea menu is huge, so many unique blends to pick from. Staff were super friendly and the vibe is chill for hanging out with friends. Definitely coming back to try more.

Stopped by for a late afternoon drink and ended up staying longer than planned. The barista actually remembered my usual order from last month—that never gets old. Had a solid red blend that paired nicely with their cheese plate. Place gets a bit noisy around 5pm though. Still, it's my go-to spot when I want a proper glass without the fuss.

The matcha here is seriously good—probably the best I’ve found in town. Service was friendly too, no complaints. It’s a small spot, kind of cute, fine for a quick stop. I wouldn’t go out of my way, but if you’re nearby, it does the job.

Really chill spot to hang out with friends. The vibe is super relaxed and honestly the prices match the quality. Good place if you want a casual night out without breaking the bank 😊

Stopped by for a quick bite and a hot chocolate. That drink is seriously good—rich, not too sweet. Probably the best I've had in Den Haag. Also grabbed the guacamole toast, which was solid. Place has a nice vibe, busy but not chaotic. Service was fast enough for a lunch break. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

The food is definitely great and music is of good taste but it's cold and windy inside, not that of a cozy environment. Also people mashing buttons of slot machines all the time does not help on that.

Came here twice while I was in town. Bagels are decent, the coffee’s pretty good too. Nice spot by the water, easy to walk to. Second visit the service was a bit slower, but fine overall. Wouldn’t mind stopping by again next time.

Nice spot to sit outside when the sun’s out. Beer list is way bigger than you’d expect from the outside. Prices are alright, not cheap but you get a decent amount for what you pay. Had a couple rounds and didn’t feel ripped off. Good enough for a casual afternoon stop.

Stopped by for a quick bite last week. Got the Bali Bagel and honestly it was pretty solid. Vegan options are decent, which is nice since I try to avoid meat when I can. Prices are fair for the area, not gonna break the bank. Staff was friendly enough, nothing to complain about. Place has a relaxed vibe, nothing fancy but it works.

The cappuccino and croissant were decent, reminded me of home actually. Prices are a bit steep for the size though. Nice spot to sit for a while.

Café ’t Mandje – Bet van Beeren (since 19270) is only a small bar and our voice may be tiny, we still believe it tob e important for us to let the world know our views and position on matters conserning LGHBT matters. The history of café ’t Mandje and Bet van Beeren demand our statement.
