The osso buco was properly tender, pasta cooked right. Sgroppino was a nice refreshing finish. Service friendly, neighborhood felt relaxed. Solid spot.

Stopped by for a beer along the canal, ended up staying for lunch. Grilled cheese with Gouda was simple but done right. Service was quick, no fuss. Prices fair for the location. Wouldn't mind going back if I'm in the area again.

Salmon and eggs were the highlight—burger held up fine too. Service was friendly but a bit slow, place was packed. Fair for the price.

Came here for a quick coffee catch-up with a friend and honestly the cappuccino blew me away. Tasted like dried mango with a tiny rum kick, super unique. Baristas clearly know what they're doing. Only downside, it's a bit small inside so we didn't stay long. But for the coffee alone, I'll be back 😊

In past 2 weeks I had 2 business lunches there and both were extremely good. From the nice atmosphere in the restaurant, through delicious food (and great choice!) and friendly service. I like the choice because everyone can find something they like - sandwiches, warm, more dinner-like dishes, salads.

The chicken doner was properly seasoned and the bread was still soft. Sandwich hit the spot without being greasy. Would grab one again if I'm in the area.

Came back two nights in a row, that says enough. Stan and Bella remembered us, which was nice. Bitterballen were proper, crispy outside and warm inside. Local beer hit the spot. Place has a relaxed vibe, not too loud. Maybe slightly slow service at the end, but honestly didn't mind. Just easy.

Pizza’s still spot on every time I visit. Owner remembers regulars, that’s why I keep coming back.

Service was the standout—one staff member really went out of their way. Food decent, nothing crazy. Fine for a quick stop if you're in the area.

The chicken basket was really good—crispy and well-seasoned, and that sweet chili dip made it even better. We sat on the street side, which had a nice casual vibe. Only downside was the wait, took a bit longer than expected. But honestly, the food made up for it. I’d come back if I’m in the area again.

Cozy spot, fireplace and open kitchen give it a nice feel. Drinks were solid, service just lagged a bit when busy.

Stumbled in for a quick breakfast and honestly, the coffee being that cheap caught me off guard. Staff were friendly without hovering. Sat near the window, watched the street wake up. Nothing fancy, just solid and easy. Wouldn't mind starting more mornings here.

Great portions for the price, food was solid. Place was packed when we went, so it's a bit loud but that's part of the vibe. Just don't expect much English here 😅

The place looks really nice and the plating was pretty, but my chicken seemed a bit undercooked. No Wi-Fi either, which is annoying when you're traveling.

The food and cocktails were as good as I remembered. Service was a little scattered on a busy night, had to ask twice for our drinks. But the freshness of the ingredients really stood out.

The 3-course dinner was solid, especially the plating. They rushed things along so we caught our show on time, which I appreciated. Pinot Noir paired well too.

Stopped here before hitting the Mauritshuis. Gochujang chicken bites were solid — good kick, not too heavy. Outdoor seating was fine for a quick bite. Service was fast enough for a lunch break. Nothing fancy, but it did the job.

Had the truffle pasta and it was decent. Fresh ingredients, you can tell they don't cut corners. Place was busy for a Tuesday which says something. Lamb option looked good too, maybe next time. Service was fine, nothing to complain about. Prices fair for the quality.

The staff is friendly and attentive, which enhances the overall dining experience despite some minor service delays.

Poffertjes were light and fluffy, exactly how they should be. Hot chocolate went well with them too. Right by the beach, easy stop for a sweet fix.

We sat outside for a while, just taking our time. Food was decent, nothing crazy, but the staff were really kind. Made it easy to just relax. Location is handy too, right by the tram stop. Nice spot if you want a low-key afternoon.

Went in for a quick lunch, had the lasagna and a tiramisu. Lasagna was decent, rich enough, though I’ve had better. Coffee was alright, nothing fancy. Place wasn’t too busy, so service was quick. It’s fine if you’re in the area and want something simple. Not sure I’d go out of my way for it, but it does the job.

Great spot right on the beach. Had the seafood and a burger — both were solid, nothing fancy but done right. Service was quick too.

The tofu burger here was properly seasoned, not one of those bland slabs you get most places. Filling too. They do vegan milkshakes, which I wasn't expecting. Place is bright with plants everywhere, makes it easy to sit for a while. Only thing is it got a bit busy around noon, but that's on me for timing.

Stopped by for dinner last week, place was busy but we got a table quick. The presentation on the plates is really something, you can tell they care about the details. Wine list has some solid picks too, not overpriced. Service was fine, there when you need them but not constantly checking. Only thing is it got a bit loud later in the evening, but that's on us for going at peak time.

Stopped by for a quick lunch on the terrace. The bitterballen were decent, but honestly the portion felt a bit small for what you pay. Classic spot in the center though, and the people-watching is great. I’d come back for a drink, maybe not for a full meal.

Food’s genuinely solid—close to what I’d expect in Lyon. Service kept pace nicely. We stretched lunch to three hours over two bottles of wine; that says enough. Just don’t come if you’re in a hurry.

The apple pie was unreal, seriously the best I’ve had. Cozy spot to rest after walking the canals. Service felt a bit cold, but the pie alone makes it worth stopping in.

Stopped by for a few drinks and the vibe was solid. Place was buzzing, decent mix of locals. Bartender kept up fine even when it got packed. Didn't eat, but the drinks did the job. Good spot if you're in the area and want something low-key but lively.
