TheForkUserIt was excellent , great service and cooking. Nice place to have a quality meal. The Chef was a very specific when he gave information on the plates.
TheForkUserVery friendly reception and service, we admired the original wine room and enjoyed the food. I did use the cute reservation name tag to stabelize our table though, sorry about that ;)
_TI***kvThe restaurant has a charming ambiance and generous portions at reasonable prices. It's a great value for the quality of food you receive.
TheForkUserMy husband and I went to this restaurant after checking the best Mons reviews according to the Fork. The building from outside is very nice and charming. The food is delicious: melting Irish beef filet with mouthwatering French fries. The waiters are friendly, and the service is fast.A small downside is the sauce that goes with the meat, and that costs 4 euros.Otherwise, all perfect!
_TI***rvA charming restaurant with excellent service and delicious food. Highly recommended for both lunch and dinner!
TheForkUserWe really enjoyed this restaurant. The room is spacious with lots of character. The menu has good choices and all the dishes we had were perfectly cooked and very tasty. Special mention goes to the desserts - the flambéd crême brulée was pure theatre and the speculoos tiramisu was delicious. The service was very good throughout and we felt that the bill represented very good value for the quality of what we had received.
TheForkUserExcellent place to spoil yourself and enjoy an evening in good company. It gave the perfect introduction to my 15yr daughter what top quality food and service is. Especially as the food is classic, cooked to perfection. Best thing, as my table guest have lots of allergies, They adepted things creatively and nothing was too much. Gluten free,, just replace crumble with poffed rice. Neither of them had troubel afterwards. She enjoyed the mocktails as well. Great variety created with lots of originality. The wine card is just heaven with great wines. The summelier gave great advice to adept drinks to the dish where our bottle was unsuited.Even the dog enjoyed being there and felt at ease.
TheForkUservery good place, great ambiance, friendly servers and very good, tasty, high quality food. We liked it very much and we will come back.
TheForkUserWhere to begin.Starters (fried and filled balls and small mixed platter): very good. The balls are homemade (my assumption, they are definitely NOT industrial made), not greasy at all and have a very tasty filling.Main course: we had pasta dishes (paccheri and linguini) … perfect. Well executed, tasty pasta and savoury sauces. Absolutely bang on.Shame I don’t live nearby, I would be eating here often. And will be making the detour if I pass by again.Keep up the good cooking.
TheForkUserFortunate to be here for the New Year’s eve dinner. The food was delicious and the amount was more than enough. The restaurant organized some New Year’s performance as well. It was interesting and unforgettable, but a bit too much for a family dinner.
TheForkUserCosy setting although can get quite noisy if restaurant & bar are full. The menu has limited options (~5 entrées & 5 main courses) but the dishes are not your usual home-dishes which is nice if you want a change. The taste was good although condiments arrived late and the meat was a bit overcooked. Personnel was polite and made us at ease with light humor and tended to our needs. Restaurant is on the high end of pricing but overall a nice evening.
TheForkUserGreat food, great staff, great place to be. The food was really good and the staff was very nice. The only thing is that you have to pay cash because they do not accept credit card.
