Large family lunch on a packed Saturday. Staff were really on it - kept things moving, we never had to wait. Food came out quick and was spot on. Perfect for a busy group.

Easy to get in, no steps at the door which is a plus. Ordered on the app, quick and simple. Food came out fast, no fuss. Just a straightforward spot for a bite.

Booked Dickens 2 for a group. Staff were great, shoutout to Mario and Jack. Garden was a nice spot. Everything just ran smoothly, no fuss.

Tried the Charsi Karahi on the waiter's suggestion. It was a new one for me, and it was really good. The lamb chops starter was great as well. Cocktails were decent. A solid spot.

That lamb madras is just so good. It's become our go-to spot because of it. The staff are always lovely, which helps.

The mixed meze is a solid starter for two. Everything tasted fresh and the flavours worked well together.

As an Italian, I can vouch for the authenticity here. The chefs are from Naples, and it shows. My gluten-free pizza was spot-on. The staff really knew their stuff, too.

The chicken kebab was spot on, and they had a decent house red that went well with it. Just make sure you ask for the large pots of their sauces, the small ones are a bit stingy.

Been coming here for our Whitby break for years now. The £9 breakfast is a solid deal, coffee included. It's a proper little cafe, always bustling. The coffee's decent, but I do wish they had a few more interesting teas or juices to choose from.

Been here a few times. Staff are friendly, even when it's busy. Food is cooked fresh, so you might wait a bit. Worth it though.

The team here are always so lovely and genuinely seem to enjoy their job. They remembered my friend from last time and gave great advice on the wine list. It did get a bit slow when it got busy, but they were still smiling.

Been coming back for three years now. The duck spring rolls are a must, and they pair nicely with a crisp lager. Curries are full of flavour. The bill with drinks is always fair. A solid spot for a casual dinner.

Perfect for a quick catch-up with friends, away from the crowds.

Found this proper old-school chippy tucked away in a quiet street. The cod was the highlight for me – really crisp golden batter and the fish inside was perfectly flaky and white. Just what you want from a classic fish and chips.

Decent spot by the station. The onion bhajis were a bit chewy for my taste, but the staff were really nice about customising my main.

This place is spotless and has a really nice vibe. Had the Sunday roast here for the first time - the beef was so tender and the gravy was spot on. A solid find.

The breakfast deal with a drink is a steal. Had the jacket potato for lunch too, it was really nice. The place itself is just so cosy, with all the wooden tables and big windows. Could sit there for ages.

The fish and chips were spot on. The batter was light and crispy, and the fish inside was really fresh. Chips were perfect, not greasy. Felt like a proper Yorkshire meal.

Been coming here for years, and the curries are always spot on. Not too oily, just the right depth of flavour. You can really taste the fresh ingredients. It's that consistency that keeps me coming back.

Perfect for a quick bite. Fish and chips were spot on - crispy batter, thick chips. Got my order in under 5 minutes. Just what you need on a busy lunch break.

Parking here is a breeze, free for three hours. Popped in for lunch and didn't have to worry about the car at all. Makes a quick bite so much easier.
