The tea selection is massive, about 80 kinds. Tried a few and they were solid. Shop looks old-school and authentic, though I barely noticed the decor. Just here for the tea.

Came for the 3 stars, left impressed. Tasting menu had some real surprises&mdash;watermelon tartare and that salty coconut ice cream with warm curry sauce stood out. Creative stuff, though not every dish landed for me.

Nice spot right across from the Waag. Food was decent, prices fair for the area. Gets pretty crowded after six, we waited a bit for a table but nothing crazy. Had the bitterballen and a beer, hit the spot. Not fancy but solid enough for a casual evening out.
