Gluten-free here is done properly&mdash;separate prep and bread that doesn&rsquo;t taste like cardboard. That&rsquo;s rare around here. I&rsquo;ve been twice now and both times it was solid. Place gets busy though, so don&rsquo;t expect a quiet meal. But for celiacs, it&rsquo;s a safe bet.
