We went here for a friend's birthday and honestly the four-course menu was the highlight. Every plate came out looking so pretty, we kept taking photos before digging in. Staff were super friendly, made us feel like regulars even though it was our first time. Only thing is it's a bit pricey, but for a night out with friends it felt worth it. Would come back for sure 😊

The bitterballen were the real deal—crispy outside, molten inside. Had the beef stew version, rich and properly seasoned. Portion was decent for the price. Can't say much about the rest of the menu, but if you're here for a snack and a beer, this hits the spot.

The tasting menu was solid, and the wine pairing actually made sense for once—each pour matched the dish better than most places I’ve been to lately. Portions are on the smaller side, but the flavors carried it. I’d come back just for the bar seating and a glass of their red blend.

The owner actually came over to chat about where the ingredients come from. That was a nice touch. Menu has a good mix of Dutch classics and modern stuff. I had the stamppot, it was solid. Only thing is the seating is a bit tight, but the service made up for it. Felt looked after without being rushed.

The set lunch here is pretty solid for the price. I had the lamb and it was properly tender, not chewy at all. My friend's steak came exactly as she asked, which is always a good sign. Service was patient too, even with some kids being curious at the table next to us. Nothing mind-blowing, but a decent spot for a relaxed midday meal.

The surprise menu kept things interesting — didn’t know what was coming next, which I liked. Everything tasted fresh, and the wine pairings actually made sense with each dish. Place is small and quiet, felt kinda personal. Not the cheapest night out, but for that kind of experience it was alright.

The apple pie was solid and the lunch came out quick. Staff were friendly enough to check in a few times. Carrot cake was decent too.

We liked all food ordered, also service was quick and welcoming. Overal very pleasant impression. If I would need to search something to improve I possible add some nice music.

Solid spot for Dutch food. Staff helped us pick a decent beer to go with it. Prices fair for the area. Quick enough for a lunch break.

The grilled eel here was properly done—smoky, tender, not over-sauced. Sat outside by the lake, that part was nice. Portion could be bigger for the price, but the taste made up for it. Would stop again if I'm cycling that way.

Nice little spot right in Garderen. Stopped for a cone and watched the village go by. Ice cream was good, nothing fancy but hit the spot.

We had a great time in the restaurant. The food was delicious and atmosphere is very cozy and nice. Very personal, sweet and professional at the same time. Many thanks!

Excellent place to eat if you are staying at the Ramada.Attentive staff and I really enjoyed the steak which was perfectly cooked.

Service was friendly and the place had a relaxed feel. Staff did their best, though one drink order got mixed up. Decent spot overall.

Went here with a couple of friends last week and the vibe was perfect for catching up. Pizza crust was properly Italian, light and chewy. Place felt a bit fresh after the renovation too. 🍕

The staff are friendly and very good. The food is delicious and the restaurant is gorgeous. We loved the whole meal experience and celebrating our daughters 21st birthday.

The terrace was quiet even though families were around, which surprised me. Pancakes came out well-made, and the topping combos had some thought behind them. I paired mine with a glass of dry Riesling—worked better than expected with the sweet stuff. Solid choice if you're after a low-key meal without the usual chaos.

The Farmers Pancake was solid—hearty, cooked right, not too greasy. Portion felt fair for what you pay around here. Place has that cozy fireplace vibe, though it did get a bit busy mid-morning. Fine spot if you're after a proper breakfast without fuss.

Cozy spot, the warm lighting really makes it. Food was solid and portions were generous. Staff left us alone enough but were there when needed.

A very cosy restaurant with a nice professional staff. The food was perfect. Incredible tasty, very fresh and perfectly cooked. A real treat 🙏

Came for the egg-focused menu, left satisfied. Halloumi omelette was properly seasoned and filling, fresh juice on the side was a good call. Place is tiny, so there was a short wait, but it moved quicker than expected. Fine if you're in the area and want a solid breakfast without fuss.

The queue looked long but moved quick. Vegan pistachio and cinnamon sorbets were a nice surprise, not the usual fruit stuff.

The pancakes were a bit dry for me, but the place itself had a nice vibe. Food looked good on the plate, that's for sure. Decent enough.

Decent spot near the station for after-work drinks. Got busy pretty early, which is always a good sign. The homemade lemonade was really good. Service was friendly too.

The Mortadella & Burrata pizza was really good — creamy burrata on top, salty meat, worked well together. Tiramisu was decent too, not overly sweet. Place is tucked away from the busy tourist streets, which I appreciated. Interior is pretty basic though, wooden tables and not much else. Fine for a quick lunch, just don't expect anything fancy.

Valentine's at Choux. The natural wine list was the star. Tried a few by the glass, all interesting. That orange one was fun. Menu was creative too, but the wine made it.

Nice little spot on the canal. Cappuccino was solid and the terrace is good for hanging out. Service gets a bit slow when it's packed though.

Cozy, welcoming, Attentive, caring, non intrusive service with attention to detail and needs. Truly a great experience from a. Service perspective. Food is delicate, delicious and with a care for local produce. Suprising combinations.

Very good and relaxing experience. Very tasty and well-presented food. Served in a relaxing atmosphere. Surprising combinations. All over: an evening well spent.
