The private wine cellar was perfect for our small group. The chicken sliders and meatballs were spot on.

Shivani and Krisha were so patient with all my questions about the menu. Really made a difference!

Cool to see the mini McDonald's replica inside. Adds a bit of history to a quick lunch stop. Got my usual cheeseburger and fries, everything was fast and hot. Perfect for a 30-minute break.

The mocktails and cocktails are expertly crafted, and the truffle fries are absolutely delicious.

Restaurant in The Gwen, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Michigan Avenue Chicago

Been coming here for years. It's tucked away in that alley off Jackson, so you get that quiet escape from the city buzz. Just a cozy little alcove for a coffee. That's the charm for me—always consistent.

Love that you can build your own bowl here! The spicy chicken is so good, and I always add the yum yum sauce. Perfect for a quick lunch with a friend.

Been coming here for years. Their key lime pie is solid, and that cheesecake with the toasted grapes is a nice twist. Desserts are the move.

Eddie was a great server, really friendly and helpful with suggestions. Everything came out nice and fast. The food was tasty, no complaints there.

The chicken sandwich with pimento cheese was the star. Perfectly crispy, juicy chicken, and that cheese spread was fantastic. Manny was a great server, really attentive. The banana pudding was good, but honestly, the sandwich is the reason I'd go back. Solid spot.

Cozy spot, feels like a family-run place. Staff were super friendly and checked on us a couple times without being overbearing. That made the whole lunch feel really relaxed.

The decor is gorgeous, real Mexican folk art everywhere. Cozy and authentic vibe. I just wish their wine list had a few more options by the glass to pair with the food. Still, a nice spot for a relaxed dinner.

The croissant was the star. Flaky, buttery layers that shattered perfectly with each bite. Not too sweet, just a hint of salt. The texture was spot-on. That's the kind of simple pastry I look for.

The empanadas are tasty, but they're pretty small. I ended up ordering three to feel satisfied. The space is nice though, lots of natural light and comfortable seating.

The croissants here are the real deal. Flaky, buttery, with that perfect shatter. The chocolate one had a rich, dark filling that wasn't too sweet. The plain one was just as good, simple and classic. They also had a solid-looking quiche, but I was there for the pastry. Went early Saturday, no wait.

A solid neighborhood bakery. The vibe is nice, and their cake selection works well for a small celebration.

Solid lunch spot. Got the ramen and rice bowl combo, it’s a good amount of food for the price. Felt full without spending too much. 👍

Been here a few times for live music. The popcorn shrimp basket is solid, and the fries have good seasoning. It's a clean spot, service is friendly. Parking lot gets pretty full though.

The Korean-style bowls are a nice idea. Pretty good selection of fresh toppings to customize. The preset bowls are helpful if you're indecisive.

The riverside spot is so pretty. I got takeout and ended up staying for a bit, just walking around. It's a nice little area to be in, even if you're not dining in.

As a meat eater, I was skeptical. But that buffalo "chicken" sandwich was legit. So much flavor, actually filling. Didn't think I'd say this, but I didn't miss the real thing at all.

Solid spot for a cold one. The beer garden's huge, tons of taps to pick from. Service is quick, no waiting around. Gets pretty loud when they have live music, but the energy's usually good. My go-to when I'm nearby.

Lardon’s a solid spot in Logan Square. Stopped by for lunch and got their sandwich — simple but really good. Cocktails looked nice too. Feels like a reliable neighborhood place.

The tomato broth was so rich and flavorful, not watery at all. I just kept sipping it from the spoon, even after the noodles were gone. The bone broth was good too, but the tomato one really stood out for me.
