Found this spot near Don Quixote. Perfect for a quick lunch. Got a plate lunch - huge portions with mac salad and rice. Really good value for the amount of food. Got me through the afternoon.

Came for a quick bite and the food was spot on. The wine list is surprisingly thoughtful for a place like this. Not a fancy spot, but that’s the point.

Hidden gem just outside downtown. Their daily Japanese plate lunch specials are solid. But the rice... that's the real star. Unbelievably good.

The miso ramen was a real surprise. Tasted just like the street ramen I had in Osaka. Noodles were perfect. Price is fair.

The mango puffs were so fresh, you could really taste the fruit. The Haupia ice latte was creamy but not too sweet. I appreciated that they use simple, clean ingredients. A very peaceful spot to enjoy a light treat.

The ube vanilla twist soft serve is perfectly balanced. Smooth texture, not overly sweet.

That bacon and egg musubi is the real deal. Perfectly assembled, the rice had just the right texture and the egg was spot-on. So good I had to come back for it twice more before I left.

The hamburger steak bento was my pick. I really appreciated how fresh the ingredients tasted, especially the crisp vegetables on the side. The patty itself was juicy and well-seasoned. A solid, wholesome lunch option.

The celery and lemon juice was so clean and refreshing. Really appreciated the freshness of the ingredients, you could taste it. A nice, healthy option for a midday break.

The açaí bowls are always fresh! Love that they make each one to order, so you get that perfect texture. The local honey is a total game-changer. The wait is a few minutes, but totally worth it for a custom bowl.

The takoyaki was tasty, but the portion size felt a bit small for the price.

The donuts are made fresh right in front of you. Watching them get fried is honestly the best part. They come out so warm and soft, with this perfect little chew. It's a whole vibe.

These malasadas are so good! Got a half dozen for under $25, which is a steal in Waikiki. They were perfectly warm and fluffy, with just the right amount of sugar. More than enough for two of us.

The $11 lunch buffet is such a steal. I just kept going back for their burger patties and the salad bar fixings. Honestly, that alone made my day.

The salmon and ikura on the sushi were so fresh. The rice was perfectly seasoned too. I really appreciated how comfortable the seats were, made it easy to relax and enjoy the meal.

The outdoor tables are the best part. Just enough sun to feel cozy without being too much. It’s a simple spot, but sitting there with my coffee felt really nice. The inside is clean and big, but I’d pick the patio every time.

The horchata was a nice surprise, very refreshing. I really appreciated that it wasn't overly sweet. The flavors in my tacos felt authentic, and the ingredients tasted fresh. A solid spot for a casual meal.

Stopped by for my usual guava smoothie. It's a pretty good one, and the location is convenient. A bit more ice than I'd like, but it's fine for a quick stop.

Service was really quick, and the staff stayed friendly even with our big order.

Been coming here for years. The grilled octopus is always perfectly tender, never chewy. That's why I keep coming back.
