We did the pizza-making workshop here with a few friends. The team kept things moving and were sound about it. Got to sit down after and eat what we made, which is the best part. I&rsquo;d say bring a bottle of something red along, it pairs well with the whole thing. Decent spot for a group outing.

The French toast and brunch wrap were spot on this time&mdash;eggs soft, salmon a nice touch. Owner even threw in a free brunch after our last chat. Proper care for customers.

Grabbed a chicken fillet roll here at lunch. Meat was proper juicy, not dry at all. Fried pickles on the side were crispy, exactly what I needed. Service was quick, in and out in ten minutes. Solid spot if you&#39;re in a rush and want something decent.

Mick&rsquo;s a proper gent, told us how the place started. Buttermilk chicken tenders were unreal, beignets finished it off nicely.

We went for the steak and wine voucher deal &mdash; that part was solid. Evan looked after us well, knew the menu inside out. Steak came cooked properly, wine was decent too. Place was a bit busy but we didn&#39;t wait long. Fine for what we paid, wouldn&#39;t mind going back.

The tokri chaat here is genuinely something else &mdash; crispy, tangy, just messy enough to eat with your hands. Owais looked after us well, checked in at the right moments without hovering. Place has a decent buzz for a Tuesday night. Not the cheapest, but the flavours feel proper. I&#39;d go back just for that chaat again.

Lovely little place in Blackrock &mdash; that back terrace is such a find. Hot chocolate was spot on, and the staff had time for a proper chat.

The wings are proper good - big portions and decent flavour. The beer garden&#39;s a nice touch, especially with the heated spots when it&#39;s chilly out.

The tandoori jumbo prawn masala had that nice smoky char, and the mango lassi was properly refreshing. Seating area felt a bit cramped though, could barely move my chair.

Food was decent enough, but service dragged a bit. We sat outside and the terrace felt dead, no buzz at all. Had the fish and chips, it did the job. Maybe it was just an off night. I&#39;d try it again on a quieter day, but I wouldn&#39;t rush back.

Been coming here for a while now and the staff still remember my usual order. They sorted out a mix-up last time without any fuss, even threw in a free meal. That&#39;s why I keep coming back.
