Kushikatsu place near Tsukuba Center. The scallops were really good. Staff spoke English, which helped.

Been coming here for years. Even on a packed Friday night, they still get you seated fast and the food comes out quick. That kind of steady service keeps me coming back.

Good set menu options for a quick lunch. Had the chicken teriyaki set. Comes with rice, soup, and almond tofu. Got my food in under 10 minutes. Solid for the price.

The bonito sashimi was a standout, really fresh. The texture was quite nice. The grilled eel was fine too, crispy skin and fluffy inside. A decent meal overall, though the portion felt a bit small for the price.
