Perlan is the best place to overlook the city of Reykjavik. The Pearl Observation Deck starts charging ISK 490 per person for adults over 15 years old. If you don't go up to take pictures, I personally recommend going to Kaffitár Café upstairs.
Kaffitár Café is a unique cafe located on a glass dome. You can enjoy the scenery at the highest point and feel the sunshine. The feeling under the glass dome is particularly good. In addition to coffee drinks, there are sour bread, cakes, and other snacks. There are also six flavors of ice cream, all of which use natural seasonal ingredients.
