Sudur-Vik is a nice local restaurant in Vik, Iceland, serving classic French cuisine. The smoked salmon here is delicious, the side dishes are rich and nutritious, and the beef shank ribs are cooked to the right degree, tender and smooth. These are definitely the two recommended delicacies here.
