The side dishes are a real plus here. They're buffet-style, so you can take what you like. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. It's a pretty good deal for a satisfying lunch.

The French toast was the highlight for me. It came out warm, with a perfect crisp edge and a soft, custardy center. The staff was patient with my limited Japanese, which I appreciated. A solid choice for a relaxed breakfast.

A cozy spot near Nishiki Market. The owner is so kind, and the breakfast set was really filling. The egg sandwich was simple but just right.

A nice, classic spot. The owner has a good sense of style, and the plants make it feel cozy. It’s a pretty charming place with a nostalgic vibe. The coffee was decent. A bit on the quiet side for a Saturday morning, but that was fine.

The siphon-brewed iced coffee was a standout. You can taste the clarity. Paired it with their pizza toast featuring smoked Tabasco—a nice, savory match. The coffee's clean finish cut right through the richness.

The cakes are surprisingly filling, almost a meal on their own. The sponge and cream are light, not heavy at all. A nice treat for a slow afternoon.

Found this place by accident. Barista really knows his stuff. Cortado was just right, smooth and balanced. Best I've had in a long time. Simple spot, serious coffee.

A quiet spot in a traditional machiya. The Mandheling coffee was rich and strong, just how I like it. Perfect for a slow morning alone.

Been coming here for years. The scones and jam are still made fresh daily, just like they were on my first visit. That consistency is what keeps me coming back. Coffee's always a good match too.

I had an incredible time enjoying a meticulously brewed cup of coffee while surrounded by an extensive collection of books. The ambiance is so calming that it truly feels like a retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Been coming here for years. The lunch set with pizza, pasta, salad, and antipasti is always such a good deal.

Been coming here for years. The owner always remembers my order, and the fish set is just as good as the first time. I keep telling myself I'll try the coffee and dessert set next visit, but I never do.

I came for a light lunch and the gentle, healthy flavors really hit the spot. You can taste the care in the organic ingredients—it felt like a wholesome home-cooked meal. Just what I needed!
