Found this place by accident. Barista really knows his stuff. Cortado was just right, smooth and balanced. Best I've had in a long time. Simple spot, serious coffee.

A quiet spot in a traditional machiya. The Mandheling coffee was rich and strong, just how I like it. Perfect for a slow morning alone.

Been coming here for years. The scones and jam are still made fresh daily, just like they were on my first visit. That consistency is what keeps me coming back. Coffee's always a good match too.

I had an incredible time enjoying a meticulously brewed cup of coffee while surrounded by an extensive collection of books. The ambiance is so calming that it truly feels like a retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Smoking allowed, so I can enjoy a cigarette with my coffee. Came by early, not too smoky then. Good for a quiet morning.

The vegetable curry had a nice depth of flavor, very hearty and filling. The brown rice was cooked just right, soft but not mushy, and it soaked up the sauce well. A solid, straightforward dish.

The Kenya drip coffee here was so good. Smooth, with a hint of something fruity? Really stood out. The barista was super nice, explained the notes. Found my new favorite spot in Osaka.

Solid flat white, just like back in Melbourne. Quick service, good for a business meeting. Coffee's a bit pricey though.

The restaurant is well-maintained and has a great atmosphere, especially the barbecue area which is ideal for group gatherings.

The iced coffee is a simple, comforting classic and fairly priced. I liked having a few different seating options to choose from. It made settling in for a quiet break very easy.

Good spot for a quick solo lunch. They have single seats with power outlets, which is convenient. I got the seasonal fruit daifuku and a coffee. The self-serve drink station is efficient.

Been coming here for years. The lunch set with pizza, pasta, salad, and antipasti is always such a good deal.

Been coming here for years. The owner always remembers my order, and the fish set is just as good as the first time. I keep telling myself I'll try the coffee and dessert set next visit, but I never do.

I came for a light lunch and the gentle, healthy flavors really hit the spot. You can taste the care in the organic ingredients—it felt like a wholesome home-cooked meal. Just what I needed!

This place feels like stepping back in time. The Showa-era decor is so cozy. Had the rare cheesecake - it was light, creamy, with just the right tang. A bit pricey for the slice size, but the vibe is spot-on.

The staff were so friendly and quick! They even helped us take a group photo. The curry was fantastic, but honestly, the service made it a perfect spot for catching up with friends.

Tried their almond coffee for the first time. The thinly sliced almonds on top gave it a really nice, subtle aroma. Didn't expect to like it this much.

The Imperial Hotel's lunch buffet offers a delightful selection of high-quality dishes, including their famous potato salad and traditional roast beef. The atmosphere is pleasant, making it a great spot for a leisurely meal.

The croque monsieur on French toast was a nice surprise. The booth seating was very comfortable for a relaxed brunch.

Found this spot in Nara with good vegan choices. Ordered the vegan curry. It was a decent portion for the price, really filling. Didn't leave hungry, which is what matters most to me.

The lunch set is a solid deal. Salad, pasta, half a cake slice, and a drink. The pasta with tomatoes and mozzarella was the highlight for me, really well done.
