The owner stopped by our table and cracked a few jokes—even sent out a free dessert. Food was fine, but that personal touch made it.

Came back after the renovation — place looks fresh, clean, no sticky tables or weird smells. Service was fast, friendly enough, didn’t have to wave anyone down. Food came out quick too, which I appreciate when I’m on a short lunch break. Nothing fancy, but it does the job. Maybe a bit noisy when it fills up, but that’s expected.

Good spot for a casual bite. The traditional dishes were solid, staff friendly enough. Place looks a bit tired but the food saved it.

The flat white here was properly made—smooth, not burnt, good milk texture. I sat by the window and watched people in the park across the street. Nice spot if you want a quiet moment. Prices are fair for the area, nothing crazy. I'd come back for the coffee alone, though maybe not if I'm in a rush.

The papanași are the real deal—rich, warm, exactly what I needed. Interior’s nothing special, but honestly didn’t care once I took the first bite.

The cabbage rolls were solid, and the papanasi hit the spot. Nice to see a proper Romanian menu with English translations too. A local red wine would've paired well with the food, though the list felt a bit limited.

The burrito here is solid every time. Fresh stuff, house tortillas, sauce with actual kick. My usual spot when I need something quick and filling.

The pork ribs were the standout. Big portions, easily enough for two people to share. We had a group and ordered a bunch of stuff, but honestly I kept going back to those ribs. The place is basic, nothing fancy, but the food does the talking. Service was a bit slow, but I didn't really care.

The upper terrace is lovely in summer, and the Lebanese menu has plenty of variety. Service was friendly and attentive. I've been coming for years and it's still consistent.

The Lebanese food here actually tastes like home. Jehad helped us order since we don't speak the language, which made everything easier. Been trying places all over Germany and Netherlands, this one finally got it right.

Decent Chinese spot in Bucharest, huge menu and our food came out fresh. Cash only though, keep that in mind.

Solid cortado and proper filter coffee right near Amzei. Oat milk version was well balanced, no complaints. Good spot if you're in the area and need a quick caffeine fix.

Cozy enough to sit with a laptop for a while. Coffee was decent, staff friendly. Place got a bit noisy later on, but fine for a few hours of work.

The mixed grill and tabbouleh keep me coming back—portions are solid. Service gets a bit slow when it’s packed, but that free dessert at the end still gets me.

The mici were really good, flavorful and a solid portion for the price. Place is pretty basic, don't expect much in terms of service or decor. Fine for a quick bite.

Stopped by for a quick dinner. The Romanian staff handled everything well, friendly without being pushy. Food came out fast, which I appreciated. Place was a bit noisy but manageable. Solid choice if you're in the area and want decent service without the fuss.

Came here for a quick coffee with a friend and ended up staying way longer than planned 😅 The outdoor seating is super chill, perfect for catching up without feeling rushed. We just ordered a couple of cappuccinos and watched people walk by. Service was friendly enough, nothing crazy. Would definitely come back if I'm in the area again.

Been coming here for a while now, and the coconut milk cappuccino still gets me every time. Most places mess up plant-based milk, but this one’s always on point. Interior’s cozy, so I usually grab a seat by the window when I can. Just wish they’d open a bit earlier on weekdays.

Decent little spot with a pink interior that’s quite cute. Had the sour cherry choux, pretty good. Price is a bit high, but the ingredients seem to justify it.

Stopped by for a glass of their Romanian red and ended up staying longer than planned. The staff actually knows their wine, not just reading off a list. Cozy vibe, low lighting, easy to talk. Tasting event looked fun but I didn't join. Maybe next time. Prices are fair for what you get.

Food came out fast and the mozzarella sticks were properly cheesy, which I appreciated. Place itself felt a bit cramped though, not much room between tables. Fine for a quick bite.

The owner actually went out to grab fresh avocado for my breakfast — that was really nice of him. Coffee was solid too.

The affogato was the real deal — espresso poured hot over vanilla gelato, just the right bitterness. Staff actually knew what they were talking about when I asked for a recommendation. Sat in the courtyard out front, music was decent, not too loud. Nice little break from the city noise. Wish the gelato portion was a bit bigger though.

Stopped by twice while in Bucharest. That says enough. Marius handled everything well, quick and no fuss. Food came out fast both times. Place is easy to find, not too loud. Solid choice if you're in the area and want a decent meal without overthinking it.
