TheForkUserSuper découverte!!!! Very innovative but accessible dishes with focus on season and local produce. Lieu jaune dish was perfectly balanced and peas / dashi from monkfish to die for. Fingers desert was definitely worth the wait - again attention to detail on the plate, quality of ingredients shows a chef with passion for produce and eye for beauty! Wine list very reasonable price range and good choice of bio wines. Surprised to hear the restaurant only opened 2,5 months ago and if they keep up this standard, very soon this will vaut le detour.

TheForkUserWhat a unique place this in the picturesque Cale de la Vallee by the sea overlooking the busy slip. The staff managed by the very friendly Cedric are lovely, the location is amazing , the food is exceptional and it comes with a large leather bound wine list. Always a good sign. Breakfast from 8 to 10 am is a wonderful array of freshly baked croissants and bread warm from the hotel kitchens, local yoghurts and wide variety of fruit preserves, salted caramel, honey served by Eric who can never do enough for you. Ask for coffee from the machine rather than the filter or a pot of tissane. Just a shame on our last day we wanted the large table by the corner window and 2 walk ins got there first! What a cheek. For lunch I loved the grilled lobster (to die for) and the turbot. Very delicate flavours. We enjoyed the seafood platter with a delicious Sancerre rosé. Yummy oysters and langoustines from Cancale. Just lovely to sit on the terrace to watch the passersby and enjoy a leisurely meal

TheForkUserExcellent restaurant, and excellent service. After more than a year, it was a real pleasure to come and enjoy a meal with a view of the sea. The dishes were very good, the waiters were present without being stuffy or too stiff, and the cocktails were well loaded. In short, we had a great time around a very good table, we will come back with pleasure

TheForkUserGreat food and service. Salmon, camambert, rumpsteak and cote de veau all well presented with a god red wine (St Chinian). Service was efficient and friendly and I had the best cup of coffee so far after two weeks in France. Highly recommended.

TheForkUserWe were just passing through the area and booked for lunch at the last minute. Very nice atmosphere, light and pleasant space. The service was very energetic and attentive without being invasive. Food was fresh and light. A good experience which we would repeat if we were in that region again.
