I went with my friends to eat the popular volcanic pork ribs at the Ratchada Train Night Market in Bangkok! A large pot of volcanic pork ribs was piled up like a small mountain, and each one was as thick as my wrist. The ribs were tender and tasty, and the soup was sour and spicy. The yellow curry crab was fresh and plump, and you could see a full layer of crab roe when you opened the crab shell. Scoop a spoonful of crab roe on the hot rice, and then pour the rich yellow curry sauce on it. Even eating two bowls is not enough. The coconut seafood rice is also very unique. The ordinary seafood rice mixed with coconut milk and coconut meat is immediately different, exuding a strong coconut aroma, sweet and delicious.
