Sambal Shrimp Restaurant & Bar

The gourmet restaurant [Sambal Shrimp] in Seminyak, Bali, specializes in Indonesian barbecue and some authentic local food. The restaurant is located on the main street of Seminyak. There is a bar on the first floor and a restaurant on the second floor. The decoration inside the store is very Southeast Asian, and the antique door railings are very delicately carved. Sitting on the outdoor terrace, you can see the street view and the sunset, and it is very pleasant to eat barbecue in the breeze. His more famous dishes are shrimps, which are prepared in various ways. The cold dish recommended is [Lime & Kemangi Shrimp], which is marinated with fresh freshwater shrimp and Balinese spice grass, and finally served in an oversized glass red wine glass with a few slices of lime. It is quite interesting in appearance. However, this dish starts at at least 200gr. I also recommend their shrimp appetizer series, which uses fresh shrimps and different local ingredients to cook, which is quite unique. I ordered [Shrimp Sambal Undis] and [Sauteed Kangkung with Baby Shrimp], both of which tasted very good. I also ordered some [Grilled Shrimp] and a whole [Grilled Squid], paired with the special Sambal sauce, which is perfect for drinking.

This seafood restaurant is very good. The crabs there taste good, the garlic shrimps are well made, and the shrimp meat is very elastic. The salt and pepper shrimps are a little spicy, but they taste good.

I have always liked prawns. In addition to boiled prawns, I like all other methods. I didn't expect that there is such a restaurant that specializes in prawns. There are various varieties and flavors. Garlic shrimp and baked shrimp are the most popular. The taste is really good.

A must try restaurant Have been to Sambal Shrimp twice during our stay in Bali. The food is absolutely delicious. We had the Crab Lava soup, it''s so tasty and worth to pay. Service is beautiful

The restaurant is very nice and simple. The service is good and the food is good. The waiter is professional and gives us lots of suggestions. There are a lot of seafood to choose from. There are shrimps, lobsters, fish and crabs. I ordered three dishes. The grilled shrimps are my favorite, spicy and delicious. The black pepper lobster is also good, but not spicy enough for me, remember to ask for some of the homemade hot sauce on the side, the taste is perfect! There are also traditional dance performances in the evening, and the atmosphere is good.
