The Highland chicken is the one to get here. Properly cooked, nice and juicy. Good spot by the castle for a quick bite after a walk.

Popped in for a pint. Tennents was spot on, just how it should be. The place has that proper old pub feel, not trying too hard. Regulars at the bar were having a laugh. Good spot to end the day.

Lovely spot on Commercial Quay for a sunny day. The outdoor seating feels nicely tucked away from the street. Had the fish and chips - the batter was crisp, chips were proper. A solid choice for a casual lunch by the water.

Good spot for a lively night out with karaoke. Not the place if you're after a quiet drink.

I can't recommend this place enough! The desserts were delightful, especially the tiramisu and apple pie. The outdoor seating by the beach added to the wonderful experience.

The staff here are so lovely. They were quick to seat us and genuinely seemed happy to see us. It's that kind of friendly welcome that just puts you at ease straight away. Makes a big difference!

Been coming here for years, and it's always spotless. That's the main thing for me. The beer pong tables are still a blast, keeps the vibe fun. Never feels grimy, which is a big plus for a place like this.

A light, open space with those big windows. Grabbed a growler of their house pale ale to go. It paired nicely with the fish and chips I had earlier—the citrus notes cut through the batter perfectly. A solid spot for a casual pint and a bite.

If you're looking for a quaint bar with a great selection of beers and live music, this is the place to be! The musicians were fantastic, and the crowd was friendly.
