The private function rooms are a real bonus. Having a dedicated bar made organising our do so much easier.

The craft beer here is really solid. Had a couple of their IPAs, the hop profile was clean and crisp, not overly bitter. Just a good, straightforward pint. The atmosphere's fine, but honestly, I'm just here for the beer.

I highly recommend this place for its great food and accommodating service, especially for families with kids and pets.

Adana kofte is the standout here. Ordered it again last night, and it's just as good as I remember. Juicy, well-spiced, and cooked right. Can't say that about many places around here.

The food is consistently good, and the staff are always so friendly. What I really appreciate is how comfortable the booths are—you can settle in for a long, relaxed meal without feeling rushed at all.

Really appreciate the solid veggie and vegan options. And those chips? Honestly some of the best around.

The gluten-free menu is extensive and they don't charge extra for dairy-free milk, which is nice.

Love the vibe here! Perfect for catching up with friends over coffee. Staff are super friendly, makes you feel right at home.

Been coming here for years. It's a proper local pub, always clean and the bar staff are a friendly bunch. The food's solid, just what you want.

Great spot for a quick lunch. The staff are super friendly and it has that proper local pub vibe. Food came out fast, which is exactly what I needed. Good for a quick bite.

Found this place after a few letdowns. The sea bream was cooked just right, and the fillet steak was lovely. What really stood out was the service—our server was so friendly and attentive, which made the whole evening feel relaxed and easy. A nice, comfortable spot.

The team was really on it tonight. Ciara in particular, she remembered our drinks order and checked back at just the right times. Everything came out fast, which was nice. Made for a relaxed dinner.

This pub offers a cozy atmosphere with friendly staff, making it a great spot for a casual meal. The food quality is impressive, and the menu variety is commendable.

Been coming here for years, and the fact they're always cool with dogs and kids is a big plus for us. Makes it a reliable spot when we're out with the whole crew. Just easy.

The mixed grill was huge, definitely a sharing dish. Started with the red pepper hummus and feta mila, which were great. The house red they suggested actually paired really well with all the grilled meats. A solid choice.

Decent food, good drinks. A reliable spot for a cheap meal. Had the fish and chips, portion was fine. Service was quick, which I appreciate on a workday lunch. Nothing fancy, but it does the job.

Been grabbing lunch here for years. The baguette is always fresh, and the brownie is a proper treat. Lots of bread and filling choices to pick from. The ladies running it are lovely, always have a friendly word.

Good spot for a quick coffee and sandwich. Dog-friendly, which is convenient when I'm out with mine. Menu has enough variety for a simple lunch. Service was prompt, got my order in and out efficiently.

Stopped in for the Sunday roast. Beef was spot on, really tender. The Yorkshire puddings were huge and so good. Proper generous portions, left feeling stuffed.

Lovely spot by the castle gates. We sat in the garden, which was perfect on a warm day. I had the seafood risotto. The squid was so fresh, really made the dish. A bit pricey, but you pay for that quality of ingredients.

The decaf coffee here was a real surprise. Full-bodied, no burnt taste, actually tasted like proper coffee. Stopped in for a quick one and it hit the spot.

Found this spot tucked away on the first floor. Their £10 lunch deal is solid. Went for the steak frites, and the red wine pairing suggestion from the server was spot on. Made a simple meal feel a bit more considered.

Hawkstone on tap, always a good sign. Had a couple pints with lunch, and it was just right. Crisp and refreshing, exactly what you want on a warm afternoon. The food was decent, nothing fancy, but the beer really hit the spot.

Came with a big group of 16, and it was so smooth! We pre-ordered everything on the app. All the food came out hot and at the same time, no mix-ups. Made it easy for us all to just chat and eat together. Staff were really on it.

The fish and chips are a solid choice. The batter is light and crispy, and the chips are fluffy inside.
