Very nice and spacious location with spaced tables. Attentive and welcoming staff without ever being intrusive. Dishes presented very well and excellent in taste. Fair price paid. We will return and recommend it to others!

The environment is minimal but not cold at all. The mise en place is pleasant. The cuisine is excellent, supported by excellent raw materials and indisputable technique, the bold but always pleasant combinations are striking, with an eye also to oriental cuisine, inserted with grace into traditional dishes. Excellent desserts. I cannot judge the wine list, because we chose by the glass (good). The bill is reasonable, given the quality of the ingredients. We will return

Passing through Alessandria to visit the Borsalino museum we had lunch at this excellent restaurant. Exquisite food with excellent wine pairings. Wonderful presentation and quality. Sincere compliments to the chef and the boy in the dining room who pampered us.
