very pleasant surprise to find a restaurant with a high standard of cuisine in a small town in the Tuscia Lazio region, precisely in Canepina, a decidedly positive experience, excellent food both in terms of quality and creativity, the two brothers who run it are truly up to the task.

We chose this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary Very nice location with modern furnishings and a beautiful ceiling with exposed beams. The staff is friendly and attentive to the customer. The menu offers dishes cooked impeccably with excellent raw materials and local products. We tried the tasting menu and were surprised from start to finish, well presented and well balanced dishes. Fair price. Definitely worth returning

Sophisticated dishes, excellent wines and excellent service. All 5 stars, I gave 4 stars only to the atmosphere because for my taste the place is too bright and the furniture a bit cold, but the food is so ecstatic that you don't pay much attention. We sometimes go to dinner at Rosso Vignale, we drive an hour to get there and the return is hard because after that wonderful dinner we would prefer to relax... but the effort is always worth the experience.. Congratulations!
