Food quality very low vs what was expected from the reviews. Meat not recommended at all. Service: the lady was kind, but obviously with lack of experience/ training needed

Dinner with tasting menu fire, smoke and flames, a beautiful idea for a high-level culinary experience. Excellent food quality, impeccable presentation of dishes with very well-balanced combinations. As soon as you enter La Fornace you perceive that the place will reserve pleasant surprises already for the type of welcome that the staff reserves for its customers. Even though it is a high-level restaurant, the staff is able to make you feel &quot;at home&quot;. It is certainly a place where you will gladly return.
