Excellent quality of the food in a very nice location

excellent appetizer of burrata and anchovy crostini, excellent tagliolini with truffle and exquisite pork shank cooked at low temperature, impeccable service, easy parking, quality wine. When we are in the area we will certainly return, everything excellent: compliments to those who cook!!!!!

In the menu I finally found a different offer with traditional dishes, but also revisited in a modern way. All very good, Danilo, an attentive, friendly and competent host.

romantic elegant location, in the historic center of Fiuggi. truly excellent food with fresh raw materials. I had eggplant parmigiana served in a pan, excellent. the pappardelle alla piccopo truly excellent. seasoning present excellent but not excessive very balanced.
