La pizza non &egrave; solo buona &egrave; fenomenale per l&rsquo;impasto leggerissimo, lievitato 90 ore, croccante &hellip; ci sono ovviamente molte pizzerie che fanno pizze buone al palato ma rarissimamente quando sono buone sono anche leggere e che non ti danno fastidio dopo che hai mangiato &hellip;ci torner&ograve; spesso &hellip; pizza super &hellip; ragazzi al servizio simpaticissimi e attenti bravi, ottimo

The pizzeria Il Ritrovo in Genzano was a very pleasant discovery!
Very good fried food, with excellent oil dosage but the real star is the pizza which to say exceptional is an understatement. The pizza is not only good it is phenomenal for the very light dough, leavened for 90 hours, crunchy ... there are obviously many pizzerias that make pizzas that are good to the palate but very rarely when they are good are they also light and do not bother you after you have eaten ...
I will go back often ... super pizza ... very nice and attentive guys at the service

great place, really good pizza, very thin and with quality products. we took their special and a focaccia with artichokes that was higher, not exceptional in my taste, but excellent products. we will definitely come back to try the really nice outdoor veranda. the only negative point is really difficult to park but it is certainly not attributable to them.

Very nice and cozy trattoria in Genzano. Simple but really tradional food, especially game. Relly highly recommended.

I had been wanting to try the Osteria dell&#39;infiorata for a long time and we did well to go. I was expecting a place run by locals instead, nice surprise, we found some very kind people from Campania. I thought we would eat the classic Roman pizza and instead we enjoyed an exaggeratedly good Neapolitan pizza with many new flavors to choose from. The artisanal red beer I drank was also very good. The only suggestion for the owner is to freshen up the place starting with the walls.
