Restaurant located in the heart of the historic village of Palestrina, in a beautiful picturesque square. Excellent service, simple and well-executed menu, with typical dishes of the area (such as the mad thrushes of Zagarolo) and a rich list of local wines.

Locale situato nel bel mezzo del borgo storico di Palestrina, in una bella piazzetta pittoresca. Servizio eccellente, menu semplice e ben eseguito, con piatti tipici della zona (come i tordi matti di Zagarolo) ed una carta ricca di vini locali.

Locale molto accogliente e super curato. Personale di sala e titolare veramente cordiali e gentili. Cibo impeccabile; molto ricercato nel gusto e nell&#39;armonia di sapori. Scelta di vini eccellente. Super consigliato!

Abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante con the fork, non essendo del posto, siamo stati incuriositi dopo aver letto le tante recensioni positive. Devo dire che siamo rimasti soddisfatti, tutto buonissimo e servizio impeccabile. I prezzi nella norma, l&#39;unica cosa che ci ha un po&#39; fatto riflettere &egrave; il prezzo dell&#39;antipasto x4 persone = 40&euro; per&ograve; magari essendo abbondante va anche bene. Abbiamo utilizzato gli yums di the fork (50&euro; di buono); siamo soddisfatti.

We discovered this restaurant with the fork, not being local, we were intrigued after reading the many positive reviews. I must say that we were satisfied, everything was delicious and the service was impeccable. The prices were normal, the only thing that made us think a little was the price of the appetizer for 4 people = &euro;40 but maybe since it&#39;s abundant it&#39;s also okay. We used the fork&#39;s yums (&euro;50 voucher); we are satisfied.

Ho mangiato qualche sera fa spinto dalle ottime recensioni e dagli sconti the fork. Dagli antipasti alla carne ai dolci tutto molto buono. La carne in particolare davvero sublime. Locale molto carino. Personale accogliente. Prezzi anche senza sconti buoni. Davvero un ottimo locale nel borgo prenestino. Mi ha colpito soprattutto la semplicit&agrave; e bont&agrave; casereccia della cucina fatta con amore

I ate there a few nights ago, driven by the excellent reviews and the fork discounts. From appetizers to meat to desserts, everything was very good. The meat in particular was truly sublime. Very nice place. Welcoming staff. Good prices even without discounts. A truly excellent place in the Borgo Prenestino. I was especially struck by the simplicity and home-made goodness of the cuisine made with love

A welcoming atmosphere perfect for an evening with friends: the Pub Lost in Palestrina is a pleasant discovery for those looking for quality and taste. The beer is excellent, well selected and served as it should be.

The carbonara is simply spectacular: creamy to the right point, tasty and made with quality ingredients. A true house specialty!

The arrosticini are super: tasty, well cooked and irresistible. The hamburger is also good, but it could be further improved by offering a higher weight and perhaps a greater variety of meats, to satisfy even the most demanding palates.

In short, a place to return to willingly, with friendly service and an excellent quality-price ratio.

As usual Mar&egrave; is a safe bet in terms of food quality and service.
With my wife pregnant, it&#39;s the only place we trust to eat sushi.
Highly recommended.
