Mammarè Pizza e Chiuriti Rende

The pizza was delicious. For a Neapolitan pizza, I found it light and easy to digest. The appetizers were very tasty. I'll definitely be back.

A pleasant evening spent with old friends, where we particularly enjoyed the fried food (chiuriti) and the pizza. Impeccable service! Definitely worth a visit.

A very well-located restaurant in Quattromiglia, with a parking lot in front that's large enough to accommodate several cars during peak traffic. The restaurant is new and nicely decorated, but we found the sofas too high for the tables (we had to ask for a chair because it was difficult to eat at that height). The staff is quite large, very welcoming and knowledgeable, but the service was truly slow: we ordered an appetizer that arrived within about ten minutes of ordering, but then it took at least 50 minutes (if not an hour) to receive two pizzas. I hope this aspect of the service improves. As for the restaurant's offerings, the menu offers just the right number of items, with a good mix of classic and gourmet pizzas (the ones not on the menu were also appreciated). Before the pizzas, we ordered the pecorino and guanciale crocchettone, delicious and made with top-quality ingredients. The same goes for the pizzas: delicious, well-cooked dough, just the right size, and top-quality ingredients. The only thing that—I repeat—disappointed us was the wait. The place wasn't overly crowded, but it's only been open a short while, so I don't blame them for still having to find the perfect setup. I hope this review helps anyone interested in trying the place, as well as the owners themselves. In conclusion, will I return? Yes, and I recommend it to anyone reading this :)

Very good pizza, as were the fried pizzas we ordered for appetizers. The only problem was the long wait (apparently due to orders being delayed due to the appetizers): over an hour's wait for the appetizers to arrive, while at the other tables, seated well after us, the pizzas arrived regularly. Management could be improved, but otherwise the quality is good, and the staff is friendly. I hope to return soon to give you a second chance.
